At Nathwin Ventures Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we provide certification programs and related services. Please read this Refund & Returns Policy carefully before enrolling in or purchasing any of our services.
1. No Refunds
- All fees paid towards certification programs are non-refundable.
- Once payment is made, under no circumstances (including withdrawal, non-completion, or dissatisfaction) will a refund be issued.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
- As our services involve digital/intangible certification programs, there are no returns or exchanges applicable.
- Certifications, once issued, cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- Duplicate payment has been made due to technical error.
- An incorrect deduction has occurred through the payment gateway.
In such cases, refunds will be processed after verification, and may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Responsibility of the Candidate
It is the candidate’s responsibility to:
- Read and understand the certification details before enrollment.
- Ensure eligibility and accuracy of information before submitting applications or payments.
